Join the fun of this Christmas outreach event which brings gifts and fun to homeless and near homeless men, women, and children in our community.
During the months prior to the event, volunteers collect donations of children's toys, and warm winter items for children and adults to distribute as gifts to those in need during the December 17th event.
At 8 AM on event day, volunteers form a Caravan to transport items into the Clinton Library parking lot, park, open their cars, and begin distribution of their gifts directly to our guests. Everyone in the family can participate in making the Christmas Caravan a happy event for those in need: Churches, youth groups, social groups, families, and individuals - ALL are welcome.
At 9:30AM, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will arrive and distribute gifts to children present at the event.
REGISTRATION FOR CHRISTMAS CARAVAN
Register to volunteer for the Christmas Caravan by emailing the following information to sandraruthwilson@gmail.com

2. Name of Individual or name of your Group -
*If you are registering a Group, Provide Name of Contact Person -
3. Choose Volunteer Role(s) from the List Below, and Provide Information Pertinent to That Role:
A) Provide and Serve breakfast or hot cocoa in distribution area starting at 7AM, prior to Caravan arriving
* Quantity/Number of People You will serve.
B) Drive your vehicle in the Christmas Caravan to distribute gifts you have collected -
* If group, number of people and cars driving in the caravan from your group -
* Individual or Group, type of gifts you are bringing -
C) Drive your vehicle in Caravan to transport and distribute gifts donated by others -
F) Assist with Security during the event -
G) Assist with Caravan Line Up and Parking -
H) Assist with clean up after event -
I) Assist wherever needed in distribution area -
