Join us for the second in a three-part series of town halls that will focus on training volunteers, members, and supporters of the Human Rights Campaign in Arkansas to become stronger advocates and activists when it comes to influencing candidates and elected officials, shaping platform issues, and actively driving policy change for the LGBTQ constituents of Arkansas.
This series of events will push to have a multi-racial/cultural lens to drive calls to action. The town halls will also help to develop individuals to become rapid responders when bad legislation has a potential negative impact at the local, state, and federal levels. We will also work to mobilize and educate voters in the upcoming 2016 election, and take a look ahead at the 2017 legislative session
RSVP today and join us in Little Rock on Tuesday July 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Participants in the town hall session will be invited to attend regional social membership events (HRC Connect) between the training sessions.
