It means "The People Rule." Since the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United ruling, it is special interest groups and corporations that dominate our politics, not “ We The People". The Citizens United decision allows billionaires and big business to spend unlimited amounts of money in campaigns and elections on candidates they want to promote or defeat.

We will march to the Capitol from Macarthur Park calling for a ballot initiative to ensure democracy for all!
10:30am — Meet at McArthur Park in Little Rock (501 E 11th St, Just South of the Arkansas Arts Center, South Parking Lot.)
11:00am — Depart to state capitol
(Walk approximately 1.8 miles)
12:30pm — Rally and Speakers Note: If it's raining we will move the event into the Capitol Building, 2nd floor Rotunda.
