Presented by: CAR - LGBTQ and Ally Arkansans working together for Fairness and Equality since 2003.
CAR believes that cultural work is as integral to creating change as are advocacy and organizing efforts. It is with our stories, our voices, our creative process' that bridges may be built, where difference isn't something to be feared. At the same time cultural work creates an opportunity to recognize that despite differences, we are all Arkansans with many of the same needs to provide for ourselves and our families.
Poets "OUT" Loud presents the original works of a selection of LGBTQ Arkansas poets, each with their own style and turn of the word. Each with unique and wonderful insights and interpretations on life, love, grief, regret and so much more.
